Dr. Michelle Davids – M.Ost, B.Sc (Hons), GAPS-P

Michelle’s enthusiasm for osteopathy stems from its holistic and hands-on approach in supporting the body’s innate healing system. Osteopathy aligns with her personal values along with her love of nature, natural healing, sustainability and her mission to help others to thrive daily.

Born in South Africa and trained in England, Michelle studied at The British School of Osteopathy in London, receiving the prestigious Masters of Osteopathy (M.Ost) degree. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology (B.ScHons) from the University of Birmingham and is a certified Gut & Psychology Syndrome (GAPS) Practitioner.

Michelle is friendly and approachable, she enjoys treating people of all ages and backgrounds. She is trained in structural, classical and cranial osteopathy and uses a range of hands-on techniques to treat a variety of musculoskeletal ailments and health complaints. She enjoys treating back and neck complaints, as well as jaw pain and headaches. Michelle also has a strong interest in treating babies, children and women pre and post pregnancy. She has trained with a number of renowned paediatric and obstetric osteopaths and works closely with lactation consultants and midwives.

In her spare time, Michelle can be found experimenting with gluten-free baking, travelling and being active in the sunshine! She enjoys biking, hiking, walking and yoga.
