At The Health Formula, we understand how frustrating it can be when an injury disrupts your ability to stay active and participate in sports. Whether you’ve sustained an acute injury, or have a chronic complaint, we have extensive experience treating a wide range of sports injuries and have helped athletes of all ages and ability get back to the activities they love.

How We Treat

The aim of treatment is to relieve pain and accelerate your recovery time, getting you back to *insert activity here* ASAP! 

Treatment will consist of hands-on manual therapy and active rehabilitation to help restore your mobility, stability, strength and power. You’ll be provided with bespoke stretches and exercises, so you can continue the recovery process between treatments. 

We will also address any ‘weak links’ that we identify in your body that may have predisposed you to injury in the first place, could lead to reinjury in the future, or may limit your performance.

If required, we may send you for diagnostic imaging, or refer you to your GP or a Sports Doctor for further investigation.
